Several blogs ago I wrote about an officer that was involved in a shooting. I am happy to report that Officer Bell left the hospital yesterday. He has a long recovery ahead of him, but he has a tremendous out pouring of support. He lost a finger, and at this writing, his sight is in question.
Again, I am asking that you remember the men and women of law enforcement who each and every day protect you. We have sports figures that make millions and millions of dollars to play a game. You and I have people that protect us daily, who don't make enough money to pay the bills sometimes.
Glad to see you are on the road to recovery Johnny! Good luck my friend and THANK YOU !!!!

Oh my, this brings happy tears to my eyes!! Thank goodness he is ok. My bf is a cop and I hope and pray every night that he makes it home safe. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThanks Beth- I have been a a dispatcher for 25 years - have seen alot. The officers are as close as any family member and when they hurt, I hurt.
DeleteThank your BF for his service. I will keep him in my thoughts and prayers
